Society Las Olas is a two-phase, mixed-use multifamily project located on the New River in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project will have two towers featuring 1,200 luxury apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail. Residents will have access to amenities such as the modern gym and fitness studio, a massive pool deck, three-level coworking lab, lobby barber-salon, and multiple sky grilling terrace. Phase 1 is complete and has 639 units.
