Juan Robledo is responsible for underwriting new development opportunities and company investments. Mr. Robledo joined the firm in August 2022.

Prior to joining Merrimac Ventures, Juan was a Project Management Associate at DR Horton and a Development Analyst for Iras Group.

Juan graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business, with a specialization in Economics.  He furthered his education at the University of Miami, attaining a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism.

In his free time, Juan enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
