Rosa is the Corporate Controller and oversees the financial reporting of the company’s portfolio which includes construction, development and operating properties in various states.  Prior to Merrimac Ventures she was the Corporate Controller for Miami Worldcenter in downtown Miami, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and accounting department for development and operations. Miami Worldcenter is one of the largest urban developments nationwide.  She is responsible for the accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and the company’s corporate books, which are comprised of various partnerships. Rosa brings 30 years of experience in accounting to the Merrimac Ventures team.  Prior to joining the team, Rosa was instrumental in the exponential growth of two start-up businesses as a direct result of her financial and business leadership contributions.
