Carl brings a diverse background in both real estate development and construction management to Merrimac Ventures. With experience managing over $550 million in multifamily and industrial projects across the U.S., he oversees projects from site acquisition and entitlements through design, financing, and construction.

Prior to joining Merrimac, Carl held key roles at Landmark Companies and Balfour Beatty. He holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and an M.S. in Real Estate (Finance & Investments concentration) from NYU, where he graduated with distinction. Carl is bilingual in English and Spanish.
