Development Manager

As Development Manager for Merrimac Ventures, Jennifer overseas all facets of Development Projects within the company’s portfolio.

Jennifer joined Merrimac Ventures Spring 2023, with B.A. in Architecture from University of Miami, and 11+ years of experience in the field. She has extensive experience in mixed use high-rise residential, managing projects from land acquisition and driving them forward from construction start through completion/turnover to Operations. Jennifer has essential relationships with multiple city jurisdiction departments, and related agencies as a key liaison. Starting in 2018 while with Square Edge Inc, Jennifer has been an instrumental part of the Miami World Center Team working alongside Nitin Motwani, as Construction Project Manager, overseeing $360 million worth of work including: Public Outdoor Art Program, Caoba Apartments, and Block H Garage and Retail.

Prior to Miami World Center, Jennifer worked on multiple mixed-use projects throughout South Florida under Fons Design and Architecture, including X-Miami, and Panorama Tower in Brickell, where she worked on all stages of design from Design Development to Construction Administration.

As a native local member of the South Florida community, Jennifer volunteers as the Vice President of Executive Board of Directors for Touching Miami with Love, nonprofit organization serving youth and families in Overtown as well as West Homestead neighborhoods. Along with advocacy work in the community, Jennifer continues to pursue her passion of running, as a professional Track & Field athlete, prepping for a bid at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games for Team Haiti, her parent’s homeland.
