Stacey Spector joined Merrimac Ventures in 2018. Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting Degrees from the University of Florida. She was then selected as one of nine people throughout the country for a Rotational Assurance position in Ernst and Young’s Professional Practice Division in New York City. After successfully completing the rotation, Stacey was promoted to an Associate on Ernst and Young’s largest team in South Florida, where she planned and executed the audit of a multi-billion-dollar company. Stacey left Ernst and Young to pursue her career at JetSmarter, a private startup based in Fort Lauderdale, where she was promoted from Senior Accountant to Accounting Manager within her first year and was responsible for the financial reporting and data analytics of four out of the company’s five entities. Stacey’s passion for real estate and long standing family history in the business led her to Merrimac Ventures, where she oversees the financial reporting of the company’s portfolio and plays a key role in the asset management and analytics of the properties.
